With over 25 years of experience in business and human resources, Laurie (Johnston) Bouchard formed LBouchard & Associates, LLC in April of 2008 Prior to that, she was Chief Administrative Officer for Camden National Corporation, a publicly-traded financial services company with over 350 employees, where her responsibilities included oversight of human resources and strategic planning

Her work, typically for companies and organizations with 25 or more employees, is to positively impact business success by focusing on their human resources Areas of experience and expertise include coaching (including executive coaching), workplace culture, hiring practices, compensation and benefits, policy review (including the development or revision of employee handbooks), strategic planning facilitation, mergers and acquisitions, and leadership and employee development Engagements are customized to the needs of the organization
