CB & Associates

CB & Associates runs executive searches for manufacturers, distributors and supply chain companies that need senior leaders. Chief executive Cindy Belicka founded the firm after senior posts at the national staffing groups Accustaff/Randstad and Olsten Staffing Services.

What CB & Associates offers

• Retained and executive search — searches scoped to the role, its urgency and the stakes for the business.
• C-suite and VP appointments — hiring chief officers and vice presidents for client companies.
• Director-level searches — heads of sales, operations, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, HR and general management.
• Defining the role — pinning down the leadership gap before candidates are contacted, useful when growth, turnover or private equity change has blurred it.
• Open roles for candidates — a list of current leadership vacancies.
