The longer answer: Our clients usually come to us in two stages:

• 5 - 80 employees
• Looking for HR templates
• Struggles with recruitment, toxic workplace, how to avoid wrongful dismissals, company rules, disobedient employees, understanding legislation
• New or established small business
• Hiring first employees or has up to 5 employees
• Haven't had too many struggles yet
• Usually like to plan ahead and be proactive Oftentimes we are asked if we can come into a workplace and do the work on behalf of our clients This method is a quick and easy fix, but there are some holes in it

Firstly, we can't be there for every issue or situation that arises, so our brief appearance turns out to be more of a band-aid than a permanent solution

Additionally, we are not the face of your company The people in the company are When a stranger comes in to do human resources work it creates confusion and disconnect between the front-line staff, team leaders and the owners

The better alternative is to educate the people in your business to take on the HR responsibilities

We believe that selling a template on it's own, without any support or training on how to use it, will do you a disservice
