KICKSTART Human Resources GmbH

KICKSTART Human Resources is a Berlin-based head hunting and HR consultancy that focuses on startups. The firm specialises in filling key positions, including C-level roles, within newly founded businesses, drawing on more than fifteen years of experience in international head hunting for young companies. Its services include international headhunting and recruiting, and it maintains a database of C-level, senior management and specialist candidates as well as relationships with potential candidates for these roles. The company says it works within the Berlin startup scene and has a network of founders and contacts across emerging businesses. It positions itself as helping entrepreneurs grow their companies by supplying suitable candidates quickly, and it states that it communicates only through email addresses on its own domain after warning that its managing director's name has been used in fraudulent emails sent by third parties.
