KB Search Team

KB Search Team is a woman-owned recruiting firm specialising in direct-hire recruitment within the professional and technical manufacturing industry. It has filled positions for clients in more than 35 US states, drawing on what it describes as decades of combined recruiting experience. The firm offers three search options: contingency search, where fees apply only on successful placement; contained search, which involves a partial upfront fee for a more focused effort; and retained search, an exclusive, upfront-fee arrangement giving a search full priority. Client comments on the site describe the firm's work building engineering teams and finding candidates who fit both the required skills and a company's culture.
