JFC Global

JFC Global is a recruitment agency that finds staff for employers and jobs for candidates. It says it has been placing people and building teams since 1975, and it serves South Central Pennsylvania and areas beyond.

Recruiters each concentrate on one field, so they can speak to both sides of a placement with some knowledge of the market. Job seekers pay the agency nothing.

What JFC Global offers

• Direct hire placement: permanent positions filled for employer clients.
• Contract-to-hire and long-term contract placement: professional and technical candidates placed on those terms.
• Passive candidate sourcing: approaches to people who are not actively job hunting.
• Candidate support: advice and preparation through the hiring process.

The agency recruits in information technology, accounting and finance, administrative and office roles, engineering, logistics and supply chain, and skilled trades.
