Hexa Education

Hexa Education is an independent recruitment agency that specialises in staffing schools. It places both temporary and permanent staff and operates across the United Kingdom.

What Hexa Education offers

• Teacher recruitment — temporary and permanent teaching posts.
• Teaching assistants — cover and permanent roles supporting classroom teachers.
• Support staff — non-teaching school vacancies.
• Candidate guidance — consultants meet job seekers to discuss their ambitions and preferences, then look for suitable roles and give regular updates and feedback.

Who it works with

Schools that need to fill vacancies quickly, and teaching or support professionals looking for their next post. The agency says its aim is to limit disruption for pupils and colleagues when a key member of staff is away, and that candidates are vetted before being matched to a school.
