We are excited to introduce Senior Consultant, Kathy Lyrtzis, and Senior Recruitment Administrator/PA, Mia Jecsak Kathy joins us with a wealth of experience, with a particular emphasis on business management She has assisted small-to medium-sized enterprises with business strategies, growth plans, and empowering teams to reach their full potential Kathy says, "I love dealing with people—both individually and in a team atmosphere where there is lots of shared encouragement and opportunity to work towards individual and shared goals " Kathy hopes to create many successful stores at Entrée and is passionate about matching the right candidate to the right role, while maintaining an emphasis on cultural fit When Kathy isn't working, she likes spending time with her family and is constantly trying to push herself to pick up new skills in a practical, hands-on way Our other new starter, Mia, has a diverse work history including hospitality, property management, and office administration As a result, she has stellar customer service and excellent administrative support skills She loves a good challenge where she can problem solve and thrives on providing support to her colleagues with an emphasis on building meaningful relationships Mia's goal at Entrée is to continue expanding her administrative skill set and provide top-notch support to our General Manager In Mia's spare time, she loves quad biking, creating textured art pieces, and cooking up a storm!
