April Dojnia, a Connecticut native, received her B S in Organizational Communications from Southern Connecticut State University, while working in the high-fashion retail industry Her love for fashion and dedication to her customers allowed her to excel and move into a managerial position Under her tutelage and management, the store was recognized with awards for Top Producer and Store of the Year

Dojnia has received multiple awards, among them Customer Service acknowledgments from General Managers and Owners within the organizations that she managed and operated within the Connecticut, NYC, and Westchester, NY areas

In 2010, Dojnia received her master’s in Human Resources Management and Counseling from the University of Bridgeport She worked for The Human Resources Consulting Group, a prestigious consulting firm in the Connecticut area until her move to Miami, Florida

Over the last six years, Dojnia has worked with several renown companies like Guardian Life Insurance, the University of Miami, and Oasis Outsourcing; where she mastered her skills as Senior Manager and Director of Recruitment These unique set of skills, knowledge and experiences have culminated in the founding of Dojnia Human Resources & Staffing LLC
