Dental Professional Staffing, LLC

Dental Professional Staffing, LLC, often shortened to DPS, keeps dental offices staffed with temporary and permanent personnel. Its focus is on vetting each worker before placement and following their performance afterwards, so that offices get a smooth handover for short or long assignments.

What Dental Professional Staffing, LLC offers

• Temporary staffing: short-term and long-term assignments to cover gaps in a dental office.
• Permanent placement: matching offices with personnel for lasting roles.
• Screening: a detailed interview, reference checks with previous employers and a yearly licence check for each worker.
• Performance monitoring: the agency tracks how each worker performs and holds staff to a code of ethics.
• Round-the-clock availability: requests can be made 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Who it works with

Dental offices needing cover, and dental professionals who apply and state the days they can work.
