They did a virtual interview with me over face time so that I wouldn''t even have to leave my house and were social distanced

My experience with Crossroads was very positive
They responded within a few days of my submitting an application and after a Face Time meeting, they quickly set up an interview with a potential employer
I know I was lucky to have applied at the same time a job matching my qualifications was available, but I still appreciate how Crossroads communicated with me throughout the process, and I like that it''s environmentally conscientious (new hire documents are all processed electronically, so no paper waste)
My recruiter was great to work with, and every staff member that answers the phone when I call is friendly and professional
