Corban OneSource is a managed service provider for HR, taking on day-to-day benefits, payroll and HR work for midsize and mid-market companies. It operates the client's chosen HCM platform on their behalf, with a US-based team of HR specialists supporting both employers and staff.

What Corban OneSource does

• Benefits administration: managing employee benefits from onboarding onwards, including open enrolment and reconciling carrier invoices.
• Payroll: accurate payroll processing with federal and state compliance.
• HR services: employment law compliance, handbooks, job descriptions, onboarding and offboarding, and disciplinary processes.
• Managed HCM technology: full running of ADP Workforce Now and Paylocity systems.
• PEO transition: moving companies from a PEO to an outsourced HR model while staying compliant.

Clients

It serves businesses with roughly 75 to 6,000 employees in more than 20 industries across the United States and Canada. It does not use a co-employment model, and clients keep their own benefits broker and HCM choice.
