Sam Belcher currently serves as the Vice President of Carolina Industrial Staffing,Inc Along with his industry expertise, Sam excels in assisting to lead his team to act professionally and dilligently in all they do, highlighting the importance of showing passion and respect to all He has over 25 years in the staffing industry, specializing in commercial and industrial electrical placements, as well as temporary staffing Sam enjoys helping both his clients and employees succeed when he can Outside of work, he plays golf and enjoys the outdoors

Susan Greene, TSC, CSP

Staffing & Recruiting Manager Susan has been working in the staffing industry collectively for 25 years She worked with Carolina Personnel Services for 18 years Originally starting as a Recruiter, she advanced into management roles such as Office Manager, Sales Manager, and Operations Manager She has been with Carolina Industrial Staffing for the last 7 years as a Staffing and Recruiting Manager Susan is very passionate about the staffing industry and enjoys making sure that her fellow recruiters are successful in developing solid, long-lasting, and professional relationships with each one of their clients and employees While working one on one with clients on a daily bases, they are able develop innovative solutions based on each client’s unique staffing needs Outside of work, Susan enjoys traveling and camping in the great outdoors

Kimberly is a hardworking and versatile Administrative Assistant with proven interpersonal and organizational skills, attention to detail, and adaptability While previously employed with Carolina Personnel Services in Columbia, SC and Eastern Personnel in Savannah, GA, collectively she has 10+ years’ experience in the staffing industry She often exercises her ability to create an organized and efficient work environment and database capable of technically supporting a busy team of recruiters Before joining our team in early 2018, she was an Administrative Assistant at Georgia Freightways in Savannah, GA In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, shopping, and spending time with family and friends
