Capital People

Capital People is the consultancy arm that sits alongside Capital Law, a commercial law firm based in Wales. It specialises in health and safety, organisational development and human resources, helping employers comply with health and safety law either on an occasional basis or through a retained arrangement.

What Capital People offers

• Accredited safety training — IOSH and NEBOSH courses in safety, health, environment and fire, taught with exams or as interactive workshops.
• Bespoke training — courses written with a client around its own workplace and risks.
• Health and safety consultancy — ad hoc advice or a retained service where consultants act as the client's competent person.
• Inspections and investigations — fire risk assessments, risk assessments, site inspections and accident investigation.
• Policy and accreditation support — policy development and hands-on help preparing for SSIP accreditation.
• Organisational development and HR — people and organisation support, drawing on the linked law firm for legal advice.

Who it works with

Employers of all sizes, from start-ups to large corporations, across the private, public and third sectors, including firms without in-house safety expertise.
