Arlington Resources

Arlington Resources recruits one kind of candidate: human resources staff. Operating from Schaumburg, Illinois and concentrating on the Chicago market, it has filled HR vacancies since 1997 for employers from start-ups to very large corporations, and runs as an independent division of Cornerstone Staffing Solutions.

What Arlington Resources does

• Permanent placement: HR hires at every level, from assistants and generalists up to directors and vice-presidents.
• Temporary and contract staff: interim HR people for maternity leave, sudden vacancies and projects.
• Temp-to-hire: a trial period before the employer makes a permanent offer.
• Executive and specialist search: targeted searches for senior or hard-to-find HR talent.
• Salary survey: a yearly survey of HR pay in the Chicago area, available on request.

Who it works with

Its recruiters fill specialist HR posts too, such as pay and reward, staff benefits, workplace relations, HR systems, payroll, hiring and learning roles. Employers also use it for HR support during mergers, acquisitions and other organisational change.
