Mycel

Mycel is open-source software for service firms that sell work, such as recruiting, bookkeeping, search optimisation, contract review and consulting. It targets the common bottleneck where the owner must personally check every deliverable. Firms feed in one finished piece, and the system writes later pieces in that same form.

What Mycel does

• Drafting from past work: learns the form of a firm's past deliverables and drafts new ones to match.
• Sandboxed jobs: each job runs in a sandbox, and the agent never holds a credential.
• Approval before sending: shows a preview of any outward action and performs it only once a person approves.
• Audit and tracking: writes an audit record and tracks each output as a deliverable against a client and, eventually, an invoice.
• Services as configuration: a service is a manifest with skills and knowledge, rather than a fork of the engine.
