BPrint

BPrint is print management software, sold under the BlueCode name, that accounts for printing, copying and scanning across an organisation. It works with printing devices of any make, and it uses a universal print driver so that staff print from one screen under company rules.

What BPrint offers

• Print accounting — records and reports what is printed, copied and scanned.
• Print policies and quotas — lets a company set rules and give each user a limited allowance of pages.
• Secure release — holds jobs until the user identifies with a badge, app or PIN at the device.
• Document handling — indexes documents, sends them to the cloud or a personal mailbox, and supports internal approval and digital signing from the multifunction device.
• Mobile printing — a tablet module covers printing from tablets and smartphones.
• Fleet consulting — an advisory service maps equipment with high running costs and proposes lower-cost replacements.
