Nutritional Pro

Nutritional Pro is a desktop program that works out the nutrition content of recipes and dishes and prepares the information needed on food labels. It is sold through Food Data Services in the UK. Users pick ingredients from a list, save the recipe, and the results appear at once.

• Label information — ingredient declarations, allergens, front-of-pack data, traffic lights and reference intakes.
• Label formats — EU and US layouts are supported.
• Recipe analysis — graphs show which ingredients add most salt or saturates, helping guide healthier products.
