Jottoo turns meetings and notes into organised, deadline-tracked tasks. A meeting can be recorded in the app, uploaded as audio or typed as a note — nothing joins the call and nothing needs installing — and comes back as a searchable transcript, a summary of the decisions and highlights, and follow-ups turned into tasks with dates that are managed alongside the rest of the user's work. Past meetings can be questioned directly, and notes are kept in smart folders with a calendar workflow. On its handling of data the company says the product is designed to minimise unnecessary sharing, with offline-friendly access, encrypted sync for sensitive note content, and no advertising business model — it states it is funded by subscriptions, not advertising. There is one flat plan at $13.99 a month excluding tax, with a seven-day free trial that needs no card. Mobile apps for phones were in a limited beta at launch. Jottoo is a 2026 product and this was its first Product Hunt launch.
