Not yet independently verified. The launch date rests on the company’s own blog post of 25 September 2026 opening the platform to everyone; the platform ran by invitation before that, with blog posts from October 2025 and a changelog entry of April 2026. No independent report of the product was found. We will update this when it can be confirmed, and remove this note.

Promptic is an optimisation platform for applications built on large language models, from Promptic GmbH of Frankfurt am Main (commercial register HRB 142996, managing directors Daniel Schroter Thüm and Dominik Bura). The company opened it to everyone on 25 September 2026 in a post by its co-founder, after running it by invitation; it was listed on Product Hunt the same day. A team defines what a good answer is, supplies real examples and evaluators, and Promptic compares candidates — prompts, models, agent designs, extraction schemas and tool choices, including tools found on an MCP server — on quality, cost and latency together, so the configuration shipped is the one that clears the bar most cheaply. Since April 2026 it has also traced every model call through OpenTelemetry with a Python SDK, keeps a held-out test split so an optimiser is not graded on the data it trained on, and can score structured output field by field. Prices on its own pricing page: Free at €0 (one user, one AI application, 200,000 Promptic Credits a month, 14-day retention, the customer’s own model keys); Team at €149 a month (unlimited users, one application, one million credits, 30-day retention; extra applications €100 a month, extra credits €10 per 100,000); Business at €599 a month (five applications, five million credits, 90-day retention, CI/CD gates and role-based access); Enterprise priced on request with SSO, SCIM, audit logs and private-cloud deployment. Data is held in the EU. Its terms, in force since 11 September 2026, admit business customers only and bar special-category and other highly sensitive data unless agreed in writing. It is listed as “Promptic” at this address because other products use the same name.
