TrustList summary

Not yet independently verified. No maker launch date, so it is dated from the Product Hunt feed (1 November 2026). Credit prices are the company's own as published on its page; the account counts in its dashboard picture, the 82 of 100 quality score and the founder's market-entry background are its own statements and unchecked. The paid subscription is not yet available and no company location is stated. We will update this when it can be confirmed, and remove this note.

Sign up today, send your first batch today: the pitch on DealPilot's page is that a company wanting its first overseas customers should not wait for account approval or commit to a monthly plan. The service, made by Deal Launch, pairs a pool of target companies with email drafting and a follow-up sequence, and every message waits for the user's approval before it is sent.

From leads to follow-up in four steps

The user filters the platform's lead pool or uploads a list, checks that the email domains can receive mail, has an email written for each company, sets a three-email follow-up sequence, and then tracks opens, clicks, replies and bounces. The page adds that the software reads replies and suggests responses, and that bounced addresses prompt a search for another contact at the same company.

Credits instead of a subscription

Pricing is by credit, and the page says one credit is US$1 and credits do not expire. Buying a lead costs 0.04 credits, an AI-written email 0.05 (including two regenerations, refunded if generation fails) and a successfully sent email 0.02. Quality checks and tracking are free, and failed sends cost nothing. Packs come as 20, 100 or 200 credits, bought by bank transfer and activated when payment arrives. A fixed monthly subscription is described as still being planned, and a waiting list is open.

Written for the recipient, checked before it goes

Before drafting, the tool searches public information about the target company, then writes in the user's product terms, tone and language across eight languages: Traditional and Simplified Chinese, English, Japanese, Korean, German, French and Spanish. A quality check reviews subject, fit and format, and each email carries an unsubscribe link. Messages go out from the user's own connected Gmail or Outlook account, so mail provider policies still apply. An enterprise version is by application.
