Created in 2007, the company has experienced strong growth and has established itself as a reference partner for key accounts in the Banking, Telecom, Industry and Energy sectors.

Vauban merger with the GFI Group is part of an operational continuity approach. We continue our ongoing operations with all of our customers, maintaining the level of commitment we have made to the market. Vauban GFI technical and commercial teams involved in your projects will remain unchanged.

Thanks to this new operation, GFI strengthens its presence in the Central and Southeast Europe region, initiated with the acquisition of the Impaq Group in 2016 and has a triple ambition:

• Accelerate local growth by reinforcing Vauban's momentum by expanding its range of service offerings and business solutions from the GFI catalog;
• Accompany its key accounts, particularly from the Bank, Telecoms and Industry sectors, in their regional development;
• Complement its delivery platform with the establishment of a new nearshore service center with high technological content.

With the acquisition of Vauban and in line with the development plan successfully initiated in other countries of the group, GFI aims to become one of the leaders of the Romanian market.
