Founded in 2010, Ultra Tendency was born soon after the dawn of the big data and Hadoop era. As the big data sector has grown, Ultra Tendency has grown with it, such that today, Cloudera ranks us as one of the top system integrators worldwide.

Ultra Tendency’s employees from the bottom up are all certified techies who enjoy a good technical debate while striving for outstanding results. We challenge the norms and pioneer of the future. We run our projects using the latest agile working methods such as Scrum. Individual contributions are therefore visible from day one. Ultra Tendency encourages new ideas, knowledge sharing, professional development, and open source contributions. We value our social time. Our local teams gather once per quarter for company events and once per year we go on a destination workcation with all of our employees from across the globe to work, attend peer-led workshops, and of course, to have fun together.
