SYSback offers innovative system solutions in the areas of IT infrastructure, IT service management (ITSM), managed services and IT automation. Starting in 2002 as a classic system house, the company developed increasingly into a multi-vendor automation service provider and stands for the topic of "holistic automation". An approach in which IT processes and technologies are automated holistically and across systems using Runbook Automation, Robotic Process Automation, and Artificial Intelligence.

SYSback offers and develops solutions, specially tailored to the requirements of our customers, from planning to complete integration and fail-safe operation, including the subsequent optimization and documentation. In cooperation with well-known manufacturers, we supply market-leading products and solutions for medium-sized and large customers. SYSback supports process consulting and project management as well as the selection of needs-based software and hardware and their implementation.
