He turned to Vlad, who at that time was working as a programmer. “Can we implement such a project?” Vitalik asked a simple question. And he received the same simple answer: “It is possible to do everything!”. It immediately became clear that the guys are on the same wavelength and it is easy for them to work together. Yes, it all started with a nonprofit project.

But the first serious project began to be implemented when Kostya joined the guys. “The three of us, in a month, developed Enguide - a service for searching and selecting English courses, which we are developing to this day. It was the end of 2010. By then, everyone had thoughts about starting a business. A little later, when we began to implement together with the first joint project for the client - the marketplace for renting real estate, these thoughts are synchronized. I wrote a letter to the guys: “Let's work together and do great things,” and as you can see, they agreed, ”Vitaly recalls with a smile. Then began a fun and at the same time hard work. As the guys recall, they subleased the office without windows, rubbed each other with their backs of 13 m2, and together they made the first projects. Then they came up with the name - Rademade - this is a play on the words comrade and made (a friend made), from which rademade.com ended up. It’s a paradox, but they launched their own site only 3 years later when the team already had 13 people.
