OSworkshop

The first and most important tool in our company is the open-source CMS Drupal in which we are experts. Members of our team are present at the annual Drupalcon and they are involved in the development of the Drupal kernel. In addition to Drupal, we base our work on the Bootstrap and Foundation and the Docker program.

Our methods:

In our team, we work in the agile system so that we are able to provide Clients with regularly valuable and working software. The workflow in our company operates based on Kanban boards, thanks to which we know who is responsible for what task, how quickly it is made and what we can improve at work for the client. An additional function of the control are stand-ups, daily short meetings where employees discuss what they did on the previous day, what they will do today and whether they have problems with the task. The team is self-organizing, it solves its own problems and has control over what it does. A very important final stage of work on the project is our internal quality control which consists of two steps, each element made of software is checked by two people who were not working on it to detect errors that can be noticed only by a person who did not create a given code.
