NTES

NTES provides outsourced IT support, giving companies an alternative to running their own IT department. Its engineers handle networks and user support, and its clients include both Irish and international firms.

What NTES offers

• Managed IT support — technical help from network engineers.
• Cloud migration — it moved clients to the cloud and adopted Microsoft 365 early.
• Hardware with warranty — full warranties are offered, with the option to extend cover.
• Audio-visual and IPTV — added to its services in 2007.
• Security and software resale — it became the only GFI Gold Reseller in Ireland in 2006.

Who it works with

Irish companies and international clients who want to concentrate on their core activity rather than technology. Many have stayed since the start.
