**Technology investment
**Our new technology platform has delivered critical assets for the Group, and we now operate a modern cloud-based technology platform offering security, stability, and scalability. We have built API service layers to power our own sites and enable commercial partnerships. Significantly we now have a single view of our customers across their key interactions, which will allow us to serve them better.

**Reinvent strategy
**In February 2018, we announced our Reinvent strategy. Our first priority during 2018 was to focus on the rapid optimization of our customer journeys, making the sites easier to use, particularly for anyone using a mobile device. The second strand of the Reinvent strategy leverages our technology platform to enable us to lead the innovation of price comparison and unlock new market growth.
