Magma Digital was est in 1999 by Jeremy & Priscilla Coates following their careers as Occupational Therapists in the NHS. Jeremy specialized in software development & Priscilla, in organizational change and leadership development. Together they lead Magma.

Magma provides three core services: Software Development, Product Development, and Consultancy.

   **Develop bespoke business-critical systems for business -
   greenfield project to create a new piece of software for a business from scratch

**Develop & Maintain existing systems for businesses -
**the software already exists, but may now be considered the legacy and needs improvements, enhancements or integrating with newer technologies such as those of Business 4.0

**Adopt failing software projects -
**the software development has commenced and the project has run into difficulties of various kinds possibly due to lack of project management, budget management, understanding of the scope, time pressures, lack team capacity or capability

Enhance Web Development Teams that need extra capacity or capability -
the software development projects are simply being delayed or constrained by lack of capacity and capability and the team just need more developer input and quickly

   **Co-Create with Businesses that have a Product Idea -
   we work with businesses that have a viable product idea that requires software development as a part of, or all of the product creation.

we co-create within our own team to develop useful online products that we believe businesses will love using

   **We provide a consultancy service for individuals and teams who need technical & digital advice & support at a board, director or management level to facilitate their business decision making and planning

Our consultancy also guides leaders who are planning to, or are going through change within their organization and would value an experienced enabler with them on that journey
