Lucid Networks Ltd

Lucid Networks is a business IT support and consultancy firm that works across the UK. Two directors set it up in 2010. It lets clients speak directly to technical staff rather than passing through layers of helpdesk.

What Lucid Networks offers

• IT security: protection against threats and unauthorised access, including on staff personal devices.
• Microsoft 365 and cloud moves: help adopting Microsoft 365, Azure and Amazon Web Services.
• IT strategy and projects: planning and technical project help, mainly for larger organisations.
• Data backup and internet connections: supporting services alongside the core work.
