Laneways.Agency

Laneways.Agency is a software development and marketing agency. It mainly helps companies that are held back by legacy systems, and it builds bespoke cloud-based software around how each client actually works.

Products and services

• Bespoke software development: cloud-based tools designed from the requirements up rather than adapted from off-the-shelf products.
• Industry-specific tools: software for complex sectors such as aged care and insurance, aimed at cutting administrative work.
• Digital media and marketing: use of digital media and technology to grow client businesses and meet their customers' expectations.

Who it works with

The agency targets organisations in complicated industries, with aged care and insurance named as examples. Its argument is that modifying packaged software rarely fits real needs, so specifications drift to match the product.
