A software company with 14 enthusiastic web developers. and 1 - also very enthusiastic - a colleague with a different role. Every day we work on technically stimulating assignments for our customers. Our colleagues often work part of the week at the Jool office in Bodegraven and the other part at the customer's location.

Our Jool culture is strongly focused on always exploring new possibilities together, helping each other with technical considerations and sharing our discoveries with our team and the rest of the world. Grow all together. In this way, we contribute to everyone's personal development and to the global open source community. Because we don't do this alone.

For knowledge sharing and fun, we regularly organize a DevDay in which our team tries out new technologies, frameworks, and tools to be used in assignments in the future. And as a team, we often have nice outings to get to know each other better.
