Unlike many other IT service providers, we can take full responsibility for our clients’ IT systems. Dealing with ISPs and third-party software and hardware vendors means that we offer our clients a single point of contact for all of their IT requirements.

We make sure that we’re here when our clients need us, offering helpdesk support, regular on-site visits as well as live monitoring of our clients’ IT environments throughout the day from our own offices.

We only invoice our clients when we’ve completed our work, and include a risk-free three-month ‘cooling-off’ period in each of our managed services contracts.
