Dedalus Group is the first healthcare software organization in Italy and one of the major international players.

From July 2016 the new group is owned by HHC Giorgio Moretti and by Ardian, the most important private investment company in Europe and 4th in the world.

The shareholding structure ensures stability and great financial capacity, which will be dedicated to the development of new products and to the consolidation operations of the European market.

In the last years, Dedalus Group implemented its expansion by leveraging the full functional coverage of all ICT needs of every healthcare system (not limited to hospital systems), either public or private. With more than 40 acquisitions up to 2015, Dedalus gathered products and professional figures of international value.

The most important acquisition in 2016 is represented by NoemaLife, the European leader in Laboratory Information System.

Its own local companies acquired or in Joint ventures with major local players, represent Dedalus Group worldwide and the Group is currently present in 25 countries, such as France, Spain, UK, USA, Latin America, China, Middle East, and North and South Africa.
