Founded in 1992 in the UK, Computaris has global delivery capabilities through 6 elite technology centers and 11 corporate offices on 3 continents.

We provide custom software development, system integration, and technical consultancy services.

Our elite software competence center comprises highly skilled teams located at our technical hubs in Eastern Europe (Romania – Bucharest, Galati; Poland - Warsaw, Bialystok; Moldova - Chisinau), the US, Asia (Malaysia, Philippines) and India.

Computaris was established in 1992 in the UK and since 2011 it is part of the R Systems group, leading provider of outsourced product development and customer support services across the globe.

Computaris International Ltd was established with the first office in the UK.

**1997
**Computaris started the development of one of the first prepaid billing systems in the world.

**2000
**We developed some of the first USSD Gateway messaging and prepaid roaming solutions.

**2004
**We implemented the first complete NGIN solution and applications on leading service delivery platform.

2008
The deployment of a full billing infrastructure and delivery of subscriber data management, PCRF, location-based services and mobile payments in Asia and Europe.

**2011
**The implementation of a complete PCRF/DPI solution as a prime system integrator.

**2014
**The development of HLR solution, EUREG3 regulation on JAIN/SLEE, convergent charging platform in Asia; number portability and call control for tier-1 in Europe.

**2016
**A modern subscription management solution was deployed in production at major US telecom operator.

**2019
**Computaris contributed to major VoLTE deployment project for the tier-1 operator in Western Europe.
