Verloop

Verloop provides software that automates conversations between businesses and their customers. It focuses on companies that sell to consumers, and it wants chat to feel more personal and to be available around the clock.

What Verloop offers

• Customer support automation — a chat platform that answers routine queries without a human agent.
• Lead generation — conversations that capture and qualify leads.
• Offers and engagement — pushing relevant offers to customers in chat.
• Personalised conversations — replies shaped to the individual customer.
• Round-the-clock service — chat running at all hours.

Who it works with
