US BeerSAVER Systems

US BeerSAVER Systems supplies hardware and software that measure every ounce of draft beer leaving a keg. Flow meters on each line compare what was poured with point-of-sale records, so operators can spot over-pours, comps and other losses as they happen. The firm works with venues ranging from neighbourhood taprooms to high-volume sites.

What US BeerSAVER Systems offers

• Flow meter systems — a meter on each draft line, matched line by line and keg by keg against sales data, with live dashboards showing losses.
• Self-serve walls — guests sample and build their own flights while the operator sets limits, prices and the product mix.
• Self-serve tables — taps at the table so guests pour for themselves without waiting for a server, with every ounce recorded.
• Equipment and installation — complete packages of panels, lines and sensors for new builds or existing draft systems, fitted and calibrated by the firm.
• Ongoing support — help with adjustments and expansions after installation, plus a free assessment of a venue's draft programme for prospective customers.

Who it works with

Bars, breweries, taprooms and restaurants, including high-volume venues. A testimonial on its site comes from an operator that has run the system at Buffalo Wild Wings for over 10 years.
