TidyHQ
Membership, events, finance and committee software for sports clubs, associations and community non-profits
- Founded 2009
About TidyHQ
TidyHQ gives community organisations one system for running members, money, events and meetings instead of spreadsheets and scattered tools. The Australian-owned product is used by sports clubs, associations, charities and other volunteer-run groups, with users in Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, New Zealand and Australia. Isaak Dury, its founder and chief executive, started work on it in 2008 alongside other work; the public launch came in 2012 under the TidyClub name, which changed to TidyHQ in 2015.
What TidyHQ offers
- Members and contacts — joining and paying online, renewals and reminders that run by themselves, household memberships and a contact list with extra fields of the club's choosing.
- Events — sign-up and ticketing with member rates, QR-coded tickets, check-ins and event dashboards.
- Finances — invoices, payments and reconciliation kept in one ledger that syncs with Xero.
- Meetings and tasks — agendas, minutes and motions that turn into tasks tied to committee roles.
- Communications — email and SMS messages to selected groups of members.
- TidyConnect — an oversight layer for state and national governing bodies to manage affiliated clubs.
Who it works with
The software is built for volunteer administrators at sports clubs, associations and non-profits, with TidyConnect serving the bodies that sit above networks of clubs.
