Switchboard

Switchboard makes software that helps trucking and transport fleets stay compliant with electronic logging device rules while running daily operations. It is sold to carriers in North America, where dispatch, safety and compliance staff share the same platform.

What Switchboard offers

• ELD compliance — electronic logging devices and tracking of hours-of-service compliance.
• Fleet management — tools for the day-to-day running of a fleet next to the compliance work.
• Driver and staff support — a support team that helps drivers with their ELD devices, plus an accounts team for customers.
• Ease of use — the platform is pitched at drivers and office staff who are not technical.

Who it works with

Switchboard serves transport companies across North America; customer quotes come from safety and compliance managers at trucking firms such as Rai Express Lines.
