Springshare

Springshare makes LibApps, a family of web tools that libraries use to run their online services. The products were designed by a mixed team of librarians and developers, and cover everything from research guides to room bookings and live reference chat.

Products and services

• LibGuides: a content management system for subject guides, A-Z database lists and library websites.
• Website builder: drag-and-drop page design with personalisation that shows different content to different audiences.
• Patron portal: joins a library's integrated library system with its LibApps tools in one view for each type of patron.
• Calendars and bookings: event calendars, appointment scheduling, room reservations and lending of non-book items.
• LibMaps: wayfinding and collection mapping so visitors can find shelves and book spaces.
• LibChat: embeddable chat widgets, FAQs, email and SMS handled from one place.

Who it works with
