Sapiens International

Sapiens is an insurance software company headquartered in London. The firm was founded in Israel and still has offices there, alongside teams in North America, Europe and Asia Pacific. Its own site says more than 600 insurers in over 30 countries run on its platforms, supported by a workforce of more than 5,000 people.

The company builds core systems for carriers: the software that handles policy administration, billing, claims, reinsurance, decisioning, finance and compliance. Products are grouped by line of business, and Sapiens now presents them with embedded AI features for underwriting and claims work.

For property and casualty insurers its main platform is IDITSuite, with SCIPSuite and DIANASuite serving other P&C segments. Life, pension and annuity providers use CoreSuite, which Sapiens describes as multilingual, multicurrency and configurable.
