RapidStor

RapidStor sells a plugin that lets self-storage operators take bookings and complete move-ins online, with no counter visit. Based in Australia, it installs on an existing website as a plugin or snippet without removing the site's other features.

What RapidStor offers

• Online reservations and move-ins — units shown, reserved, rented and paid for on a single page.
• Size finder — asks renters a few questions to point them to the right unit.
• Customer accounts — tenants update personal details, pay and see past transactions online.
• Box Shop — a stand-alone merchandise shop built into the move-in process, with deals on products and rentals.
• Kiosk mode — the same screens run on a tablet or kiosk on site for rentals, payments, shop sales and move-outs.

Who it works with

Self-storage operators that want more online enquiries turned into move-ins.
