Paritor

Paritor is a UK software company whose product, Xperios, handles the administration of music teaching. Xperios grew out of Paritor's earlier software, Ensemble, and comes in versions for music hubs, music schools and individual tutors, with a lighter option for small organisations.

What Paritor offers

• Tuition management — contacts, lesson schedules, billing, finances, reports and messaging in one system.
• Groups — organising choirs, orchestras and ensembles.
• Exams and auditions — running exam and audition processes from start to finish.
• Events — planning workshops, concerts and tours.
• Resources and appraisal — tracking instruments and other assets, and giving feedback to pupils.
• Online portals — teachers, schools and parents can view and correct their own data, such as schedule changes and contact details.

Who it works with

UK music hubs, music schools, private tutors and performing arts groups such as orchestras. The music hub version was shaped with feedback from UK conservatoires, and organisations take only the modules they need.
