ParentLocker

ParentLocker is an online system that schools in the United States use to run administration and keep in touch with families. Every module shares one student information database, so an update to attendance or grades appears everywhere else in the platform straight away.

What ParentLocker offers

• Student information system — the central database where student data is entered, updated and retrieved.
• Report cards and gradebook — teachers record and average grades online and produce customised report cards and progress reports.
• Conference scheduling — parents book their own parent-teacher meetings instead of staff arranging them.
• Admissions tracking — a contactless process for following prospective students and applicants.
• Tuition management — handling of tuition and payment plans.
• Family communication — homework, classroom news, events, photos and files shared with parents in one place.
