TourBuilder

TourBuilder, the service formerly called Panoskin, is a virtual tour platform operated by LCP Media in Chicago, Illinois. Photographers and content creators use it to publish 360-degree imagery to Google Street View and to build branded tours they can sell to their own clients. It reports more than 33,000 users and over 270 million scenes published to Google.

What TourBuilder offers

• Street View publishing — an editor, approved by Google, for uploading, connecting and moderating panoramas on Google listings.
• Custom tours — branded tours that combine panoramas, still photos, video, 3D models, floor plans and campus maps, with an auto-builder that starts from an existing Google tour.
• Client dashboard — client logins in the creator's own colours and logo, with tour previews and real-time analytics.
• Invoicing — recurring billing for hosted tours, handled through Stripe Connect.
• Tour meetings — clients can host live virtual viewings inside a tour from any device.

Who it works with

The platform is built for photographers and content creators who sell tours to businesses. Greystar, Marriott, Hilton and Cushman & Wakefield are named among brands using it.
