Lucid Software

Lucid Software's design product, once known as Lucidpress and now sold as Marq, lets creative teams hand branded templates to the rest of a business. Staff can then produce their own marketing material without breaking brand rules, freeing designers from small production requests.

What Lucid Software offers

• Template locking: designs become templates with logos, fonts and colours fixed in place.
• Design import and editor: files brought in from other design tools, or created in the Marq editor.
• Team sharing: templates shared across teams, who adapt them for their own audiences.
• Publishing: content sent straight to social channels, to print or into email.
• Template library: more than 10,000 starting designs, including brochures, flyers, one-sheets and social posts.
• AI and workflow tools: on-brand creation aids, brand guardrails and automated creative approvals.

Who it works with

Marq is aimed at businesses whose creative and marketing teams need other departments to make on-brand content. The company says over 6 million professionals and 800+ brands use it.
