K9 Bytes

K9 Bytes develops K9 Koordinator, a management system for businesses that look after pets. It handles scheduling, client and pet details, services and retail records, and the company says the program has been developed and used in pet care for more than 20 years.

What K9 Bytes offers

• Scheduling and records — bookings, client files, pet information and services in one system.
• Retail and gift cards — retail sales plus gift card processing and management.
• Virtual kennel layout — a visual map for assigning runs to boarding pets.
• Webcam integration — links to cameras at the facility.
• Backup utility — built-in tools for backing up data.
• Regional packages — one edition for the Americas and Europe and one for Oceania, the latter with GST support, A4 printing and postcode lookups for Australia and New Zealand.

Who it works with

Pet resorts, boarding kennels, daycare centres, groomers including mobile groomers, trainers, dog walkers, pet sitters, animal hospitals, shelters, rescues and pet retailers.
