Hyland Software

Hyland Software makes OnBase, a content management product that captures and governs business documents and runs the workflows built around them. The US company adds AI features to classify incoming content and passes clean data on to other business systems. OnBase is also offered in the Hyland Cloud.

What Hyland Software offers

• Multichannel capture — takes in documents from many sources and classifies and checks them automatically.
• Process automation — configurable workflows, forms and rules to route documents and handle exceptions.
• Case management — keeps documents, emails, tasks, approvals and compliance checks together for each case.
• Reporting and analytics — live dashboards and audit trails of all content activity.
• Collaboration — co-authoring, version control, tasks and notifications with access controls.
• Records management — automated retention and secure disposal of documents over their lifecycle.
