GolfClubSubs

GolfClubSubs, based in Ireland, provides cloud software that golf clubs use to collect membership fees, whether paid in one go or by instalment. It aims to cut the admin work of chasing dues and gives club finance teams a live view of what is owed.

Products and services

• Instalment collection: members join or renew on their phone or computer and pay in full or in instalments.
• Automatic reminders: late payers get SMS and email prompts without needing an app.
• Payment matching: checks whether money has arrived, removing manual bank reconciliation.
• Bulk renewals and categories: renews every member in one run and moves members between age and time-based categories.
• Full membership and finance system: a larger edition that also handles cash, cheque and voucher payments and category reporting.
• Integrations: links with Lightspeed Retail, Lightspeed Golf, Golf Genius, Xero, Mailchimp and Sendinblue.
