Fusion Software Development

Fusion Software Development makes software for the motor trade, covering the path from the first sales enquiry through to servicing the vehicle. It was set up by people who had found buying and servicing a car slow and awkward. Its customers are dealers and vehicle manufacturers in many parts of the world.

What Fusion Software Development offers

• AMS Pro CRM — a customer relationship system built for car sales, with a pipeline that tracks prospects, trade-ins and test drives.
• Lead management — captures enquiries in one place so that missed opportunities can be followed up.
• Customer lifecycle programmes — scheduled follow-ups and customer segments run automatically.
• Service workflow tools — cover reception, service advisers, parts and workshop, with customer notifications and approvals.
• Performance reporting — real-time views of sales results from individual staff up to dealer network or manufacturer level.
